Publishing articles from draft status in Notion is a seamless process. This article will guide you step-by-step on how to transition your articles from draft to published status, ensuring they are ready to be shown on your Help Center.
Navigate to the Articles Page
Once logged in, find the page list containing the articles you wish to publish. In this scenario, ensure that you have selected the
List view to proceed.Select the Article to Publish
Locate the article you wish to publish. On the far right of the article title, you'll find a checkbox.
Click on this checkbox and a blue checkmark will appear, indicating that the article status has been changed to published. It’s as simple as that!
