1. Copy the ready-made Help Center template.
Click on the Help Center Template and duplicate it to your Notion workspace.
This template includes two tables that contain help Categories and Articles.
2. Connect the Notion page to the Help Center
- Click on Share and then select Share to Web to make it public.
- Click Copy to get this URL

3. Use this URL to create a new Help Center

4. Add a subdomain name
Choose a unique subdomain where your Help Center will be initially hosted, such as

5. Customize your Help Center (optional)
Select colors and a logo that align with your brand identity, and incorporate social media links, and more. You can easily configure these options within the dashboard settings.
