Accessing SEO Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings: On your dashboard, find and click on the ‘Settings’ tab.
  1. Select the SEO Tab: Within Settings, locate and select the ‘SEO/Widget’ tab to access SEO options.

Site & Domain Settings

  • Meta Title:
    • This is the title that appears in search engine results.
    • Enter a concise title that reflects the overall purpose of your Help Center.
  • Meta Description:
    • Provide a brief description of your Help Center.
    • This should be compelling to encourage clicks from search results.

Images

  • Upload OG Image:
    • The OG (Open Graph) image is what will be displayed when your pages are shared on social media.
    • Ensure the image is clear, relevant, and has a max size of 1000KB.
  • Upload Favicon:
    • A favicon is the small icon that appears in browser tabs and bookmarks.
    • Your favicon should be a simplified logo or symbol that represents your brand, with a max size of 200KB.

Final Steps

  • Allow Indexing:
    • Toggle on the option ‘Let Google index this Help Center’ to ensure your pages are included in Google Search results.
    • A sitemap will be automatically generated for all published pages.
  • Save Changes:
    • After entering all the details, click ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
    • It’s a good practice to review your entries before saving to ensure accuracy.
