How to add a new Article

Creating new content is at the core of engaging your audience and keeping your platform fresh and relevant. In Notion, adding a new article is a simple and intuitive process. This guide will walk you through two methods to add a new article to your workspace.

Access Your Notion Workspace

Begin by logging into your Notion account and navigating to the Help Center template where your articles and categories are managed.

Method 1: Using the "New" Button

Navigate to the Articles Page
Locate and click on the page that houses your articles. Here, you'll find a button labeled "New" at the top right corner.
Create Your Article
Click on the "New" button. A new page will open up, providing you a blank canvas to start drafting your article. Fill in the title, content, and any other necessary details.
 

Method 2: Adding Article to a Specific Category

Navigate to the Articles or Categories Page
On the articles or categories page, you'll notice a “+New” button beneath every category listed.
Create Your Article within a Category
Click on the “+New” button under the desired category. Similar to the first method, a new page will open up for you to draft your article. The advantage here is that your article is already categorized.
NOTE: Go to the Dashboard and Regenerate All  to Sync the changes with your Help Center
