Published on October 24, 2023Re-ordering articles in Notion is a straightforward task, thanks to the intuitive drag-and-drop feature.
This article will guide you through the steps on how to re-order articles in Notion, making content management a breeze.
Navigate to the Articles page in the Help Center Template
The system picks the Article Order from the 1st view. As in the template the
List view is 1st we will set order in this view. Say if you like to work in the table view then set table view as the 1st option and then set order in that view. Just drag-and-drop to re-order!
Now comes the fun part! Simply click on the article you wish to move, hold the click, then drag the item up or down to its desired position in the list. As you drag, you’ll notice a line indicating where the item will be placed once you release the click.
